"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Yuppers. Well, I only go two days a week, but I need the other 5 days to do all the homework I have. In less than two weeks, I'll have a job from about 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. Fridays to Tusedays and my internet time will be even more limited then it is now.
